We offer the mouth watering pulled pork in menu 2,. The pork has been carefully smoked over applewood before being slowly cooked for 20 hours, until it gently pulls. No need for carving. Pulled pork is not be be confused with a hog roast. 

Menu 1


Free range saddleback traditional pork sausage served with caramelised onions in a baguette.

Pure Steak burger, served with cheddar cheese, onions, tomato and lettuce in a floured bab.

Minted new potatoes

Creamy coleslaw



Menu 2 


Free range, home reared pedigree saddleback pulled pork. Pulled pork marinated with a blend of rubs & mustard. Smoked over applewood and slowly cooked for 20 hours. 
Served in a baguette with stuffing and apple sauce or with coleslaw & BBQ sauce.

Or

Turkey slowly smoked over applewood. Cooked until tender & succulent. Generously 
Carved & served in a bap with cranberry sauce. 

Or

Melt in the mouth Slowly BBQ'D and pulled beef and horseradish.  Served in a freshly baked floured bap.
